Processing lead-times vary by item and warehouse location. Most items RD Home offers will arrive at your doorstep in 2-7 business days if they're shipping parcel. For items that need to be shipped LTL, it can take up to 21 days for your products to arrive via truck delivery.
Merchandise returns need authorization regardless of reason. Any returns due to buyer remorse must be in the original package, re-sellable condition, and returned within 30 days of receipt at the customer's expense. Credits will be given once received back at the warehouse and determined in good condition.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered to your residence.
